Exceptionnel
Un cadre idylique et une bâtisse magnifique. Un personnel agréable, souriant et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et avec le charme de l'ancien. Lieux très calme et reposant. Deux piscines magnifiques. Petit déjeuner très complet avec de bons produits. Repas BBQ au top. Séjour parfait. Si nous revenons à Majorque nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

« Magnifique séjour, un petit coin de paradis ! »
Le charme du bâtiment ancien, l’accueil réservé par le directeur ainsi que le restant du personnel, les petites attentions en chambre après le dîner, le PDJ était l’un des meilleures que nous ayons eu (même bien meilleur que dans certains 5 étoiles), les diners délicieux et l’attention du personnel durant le service, le repas barbecue excellent avec un groupe de musique, les deux piscines pour se relaxer…
Les salles de bains étaient un peu désuètes et peu confortables (baignoire étroite et robinetterie ancienne). Le comportement de la société qui organisait les mariages, le staff laissait en place les ballons immenses dans la piscine toute la journée alors qu’ils auraient dû les retirer après chaque soirée, c’était dangereux de se baigner entre ces filets des ballons. Nous avons dû réclamer plusieurs fois à l’accueil que ces derniers soient retirés. De même, nous avons dû faire très attention car nous avons plusieurs fois retrouvés des morceaux de verre autour des transats… je vous laisse juger du danger avec des enfants en bas âge. Le personnel de l’hôtel aurait dû être plus vigilants sur ces points là, auquel cas il ne faudra plus présenter cette piscine dans les photos de l’hôtel.

tres belle maison ancienne transformée en hotel de charme avec beaucoup de caractere et tout le confort necessaire (en dehors de queqlues pb de plomberie: pas de pression pour eau chaude ) tres beaux jardins environnants accueil remarquable, gentilesse du personnel spa : tres bel endroit restaurant : service impécable, produits frais de qualité chambre tres spacieuse et confortable, beaucoup de charme meme si le mobilier n'était pas à mon gout . cet endroit a vraiment une ame et l'on s'y sent bien, au calme
